School office Information

The school office is closed to the public at the moment. You can contact Susan or Angela by phone at 044 9348313 or by email at secretary@stfinianscollege.ie

All parents must make a prior appointment through the school office. On arrival at the school, please phone the office to let them know that you have arrived.

Entry to the building is restricted.

You will be asked to complete a Covid 19 Declaration Form.

Lates /Appointments/Absences

1. If a student arrives late to school they must go straight to inform the school secretary. The office will notify the teacher of the delay. The teacher will mark the student’s late arrival on the vsware system.
2. It is very important that all students register their attendance on arrival through our Anseo swipe system. This is vital for contact tracing.
3. If a student must leave early for an appointment, we ask the parent to email secretary@stfinianscollege.ie on the previous day if possible. Please outline in the email the nature of the appointment, collection time and whether the student will return. The relevant teacher will be notified. The student should wait in the front hall to be collected.  We expect parents to ring the office as soon as they arrive. Parents must remain in their car and the student will be let out the front door.  This practice will replace the practice of signing out. 
4. If a student is absent, we ask a parent to send an email to secretary@stfinianscollege.ie or to ring the office in the morning.

Parents must complete and return by email the HSEs Return to Educational Facility Parental Declaration Form when a student returns from absence. Please continue to communicate with the school on each day of the student’s absence by phone or by email.
